The purpose of the Residential Project Manager – Property Management is to lead and manage residential construction related projects and act as owner’s representative during home improvement, repair, or other construction related projects that fall outside of the regular scope of property management operations.

Major Responsibilities

  • Ensure that each member, guest and employee receive outstanding guest service in a guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every member, guest and employee, maintaining outstanding service standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.
  • Empowered to guarantee total guest satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism to our guests at all times, take pride in representing Yellowstone Club professionally with our members, guests and staff, and assure that all transactions with guests or employees are handled in a legal and ethical manner.
  • Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for employees, members, and guests always. In the event of an accident or emergency, seek medical attention if necessary and contact your Director/VP, General Manager or Human Resources immediately.
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a positive working environment.

  • Support the Senior Project Manager in successful project initiating, planning, executing, and controlling of residential construction projects such as home remodels, major repair expenditures, and home improvement projects.
  • Lead all phases of assigned residential construction related projects, managing specified construction work in accordance with plans, county & state regulations, and other specifications.
  • Use strong interpersonal skills in working with all stakeholders including owners, contractors, architects, designers, to communicate, successfully navigate projects, and provide professional recommendations and experience when appropriate.
  • Provide construction administration services on behalf of homeowners, such as soliciting competitive estimates & bids, evaluation, and contract assignment.
  • Engage and manage vendors and contractors, monitor and control their work for cost and quality assurance.
  • Maintain list of preferred vendors and contractors.
  • Provide onsite management, project coordination, and owner representation.
  • Communicate routine updates to all stakeholders.
  • Process invoices, ensure budget and project timeframes are met and kept on schedule.
  • Focus on ensuring every aspect of the project is thoroughly planned and executed with superb attention to detail.

  • Maintain adaptability and professionalism when managing change orders and requests and verify all requests for accuracy.
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established Club policies, procedures, and standards of service to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
  • Meet departmental productivity, organization, punctuality/attendance and consistency standards.
  • Maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
  • Treat Members, guests, vendors, customers and co-workers with professionalism and respect at all times.
  • Maintain privacy of our Members and staff at all time.
  • Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times.
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with all employees, supervisors, managers and directors.
  • Perform work in a safe and high-quality manner. Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Project a favorable image of Yellowstone Club to Members, guests and staff at all times.
  • Plan, set up, and/or attend regular department and project meetings at an appropriate frequency.
  • Analyze internal processes and recommend procedural or policy changes to improve operations.
  • Anticipate the needs of Members and guests and resolve any complaints in a satisfactory manner.
  • Estimates costs of materials, labor, and use of equipment required to fulfill provisions of contracts.
  • Network and consult with contractors to negotiate preferable terms of contracts.
  • Confer with upper management to establish production goals, develop budget and cost controls, and to obtain data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment and ensure teamwork within project organization, utilizing the resources needed to drive quality and value to our clients
  • Represent the Company through professionalism, consideration and discretion in all interactions.
  • Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.

Experience/Education Required

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4 years of experience in high end residential construction, architecture, owner representation or project management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project management fundamentals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects with little oversight when appropriate.
  • Ability to work alongside team members and Senior Project manager with managerial oversight when appropriate.
  • Can manage client relationships and communication in all forms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships and manage all personality types.


Experience/Education Preferred

  • PMP or other project management certification and coursework preferred.


Certificates & Licenses

Valid Driver’s License.

Computer Skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products, Smartsheet, and ability to learn new software as required.

Language Ability

Able to speak clearly and effectively with Members, guests, co-workers, vendors and other Yellowstone Club departments. Able to write clearly and legibly.

Math Ability

Able to perform complex math calculations.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve complex problems and make sound management decisions.

Work Environment
