What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Sales Associate position at Yelm Farm & Pet?
Seeking part-time store retail sales associate. Applicants should have prior retail store experience and be driven to provide excellent customer service, promote sales, and support purchasing, merchandising, etc. Must have some knowledge of feed store products and familiarity with raising animals/pets. Applicant should be proficient in basic computer applications. Must work well independently. Knowledge of pump, well supplies, fittings, filters is an asset but not required. Must be able to work weekends and opening/closing shifts as assigned. Benefits include 75% medical insurance paid, 50% dental insurance paid, profit sharing/401K, holiday pay, sick/vacation time (if eligible.) Salary negotiable within range.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 28 per week
