What are the responsibilities and job description for the Packaging Lead position at Yem Foods LLC?
- Lead daily packaging operations and ensure production targets are met
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, and employee safety procedures
- Operate and monitor automated packaging equipment
- Manage, train, and support a team of 5–6 packaging associates
- Perform and oversee sanitation of packaging equipment and work areas
- Ensure product quality, safety, and cleanliness on the packaging line
- Willing to stay late when required to meet production schedules
Pay: $23.17 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
