Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage phone systems, directing calls appropriately and maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organized.
- Assist with filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining office records to ensure easy retrieval.
- Support calendar management by scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for team members.
- Handle clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing emails, and organizing office supplies.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members on various cases while demonstrating strong organizational skills.
Skills
- Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese AND English.
- Bilingual candidates are REQUIRED to apply for communication with diverse clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn quickly.
- Previous office experience or administrative experience is preferred; experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is beneficial.
