Semiconductor Equipment Parts Sales

Job outline:

The sales representative of semiconductor equipment and parts supplies the equipment and parts necessary for the semiconductor manufacturing process to customers, and performs new customer discovery and existing customer management. We provide optimal solutions by understanding customer requirements, and develop active sales activities to achieve sales targets.

Main work:

1. * Sales and customer management*

• Establishing a sales and sales strategy for semiconductor equipment and parts

• Management of existing customers and discovery of new customers

• Customer needs analysis and customized solution proposal

• Building and maintaining a long-term partnership with customers

• Quotation preparation and contract conclusion

2. * Market research and analysis*

• Research and analysis of semiconductor industry and market trends

• Establishing a differentiation strategy through competitor and product analysis

• Understanding new technology and product trends

3. * Project management and technical support*

• Equipment installation and delivery schedule management

• Technical support and product demonstration that meets the customer’s requirements

• Problem solving and providing feedback in case of quality issues

4. * Sales management and reporting*

• Setting sales targets and establishing an achievement strategy

• Sales performance analysis and report writing

• Sales performance and performance management compared to targets

Qualification requirements:

• More than 3 years of semiconductor equipment/parts sales experience

• Understanding of the semiconductor industry and process

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Technical sales experience and customer-customized solution proposal experience

• Those who can speak English or Chinese are preferred

Preferential treatment:

• Engineering (machinery, electrical and electronic, materials, etc.) major

• Those who have experience working in semiconductor equipment manufacturers or related industries

• ERP system user experience

• Those who can travel and work overseas
