Y.M.B. and Associates LLC is currently looking for Client Service Representative in Michigan

The Client Service Representative must handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issues their customers experience.

Responsibilities
* Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
* Solve customer problems and find best possible solutions.
* Ensuring all customer communication is clearly documented.
* Utilize standard technology such as telephone, e-mail, and web browser to perform job duties
* Provide timely responses to telephone inquiries in a courteous and professional manner, using pre-scripted responses
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client regulations and policies
* Report problems that occur via the online system so they can be addressed by the appropriate parties
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
* High School diploma required
* Self-motivated
* Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills while communicating with all levels of the customer's organization
* Proficient in verbal and written English skills
* Ability to pay strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to multitask
* Computer proficiency in MS Office applications
* Must have experience in Word and Excel or willing to learn
* Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
* Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem.
* Ability to work as a member of a team
