- Lead: M onitor programs and activities, respond to member needs, help with tours, and ensure the safety of the members and security of the facility.
Candidates must be committed to contributing to the mission, culture, and values of the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne as well as:
- Minimum of 21 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Demonstrates effective communication and customer service skills.
