Member Services Associate - Midlothian YMCA

The Midlothian Family YMCA is currently seeking part time, personable Member Services Associates who enjoy working in a fast paced environment to provide quality service to members and prospective members. This part time position starts at $13.00 per hour. We are looking for candidates that can work closing shifts during the week (5pm-9:15pm) and occasional weekends (6:45-12pm or 12-5:15pm).

DUTIES of a Member Services Associate

Member services associates will be required to answer phones, greet members, process memberships and complete program registrations. Must be able to work weekends and nights.

QUALIFICATIONS Of a Member Services Associate

Member services associates should have excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, a high school diploma or GED and be 18 years old or older.
