Position Type: Part-time
Pay Range starts at $15 per hour (or more depending on experience)
School Location-Community: A.Z. KELLEY (732) - ANTIOCH DONELSON COMMUNITY
Shift: Monday through Friday, Before School Care (6:30am to 8:30am)

Kelley Elementary School and be part of a team that helps children grow socially, physically, spiritually, and mentally in a fun, safe, and engaging environment!
What You’ll Do:
- Actively lead and engage a group of 15–20 children in activities, inside and outside.
- Set up and transform program spaces into child-friendly environments and ensure cleanliness.
- Help plan and implement a quality curriculum aligned with YMCA guidelines.
- Build positive relationships with YMCA staff, school personnel, and families.
- Ensure site licensing and quality standards are maintained.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum Age: 18
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Enthusiastic, organized, and team-oriented individuals with a passion for youth development.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with the ability to multitask.
Certifications Required:
- Before your first shift: Orientation, DHS Background Check, Fingerprinting, Abuse Registry Check, health forms, training sessions, and references.
- Within 30 days of hire: CPR/First Aid/AED (Infant/Pediatric).
