Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Childcare Provider to join our dedicated team. As a Childcare Counselor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in a nurturing and safe environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and be skilled in crisis management, behavioral health, and medical documentation. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and engaging environment for children, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Engage in play-based activities, arts, and crafts to stimulate children's creativity and imagination.
- Work closely with parents and caregivers to provide before and after school care for school-aged children.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation for each child.
- Support children in crisis situations and manage behavioral health needs effectively.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and to kneel or bend to interact with children.
- A commitment to providing high-quality care and support to children and their families.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience working with children of varying ages and abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
