Looking for a part time job where you can gain hands on experience working with children in an Afterschool program in the Yorba Linda area? Looking for a team to join for the summer and make a positive impact on the lives of children? The YMCA has current and summer openings for enthusiastic and adaptable individuals that are interested in making a difference in the lives of children. Hours available are 2p to 5:45p and 12p to 4:30 on minimum days. Our YMCA Child and Youth Development staff are mentors, teachers and much more.

What you need to apply:

Qualifications
Hiring Criteria:
The following are the minimum qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.
Education & Certifications:
- Preferred units in Child Education, Sociology, Psychology or others
- Pediatric (EMSA) First Aid and Pediatric (EMSA) CPR certifications required within 90 days of hire.
Experience & Background:
- Must be 18 years of age
- 6 months experience working with children preferred.
