The YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties is seeking Adult Sports Staff to join our team

Adult Sports Staff provides supervision, leadership, and motivation for participants in adult sports programs – providing a quality experience to participants that focuses on the YMCA values: caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with leadership, supervision and motivation for participants in adult sports programs.
- Monitor the facility to ensure a safe, positive, and fun environment. You will provide instruction and organize activities as needed.
- Facilitate games and officiate as needed.

- Must be able to pass Background and Reference checks (in accordance with the WA State Fair Chance Act).
- Are able to complete Child Abuse training on your first day along with other required trainings as needed.
Wage: $16.66 to $17.16 per hour, depending on qualifications
Hours: Part-Time, Up to 25 hours per week
Location: University Y Student Center, Tacoma, WA
