What are the responsibilities and job description for the Early Childhood Coordinator (Heart of the Valley YMCA) position at YMCA OF THE FOX CITIES?
The Heart of the Valley YMCA is hiring an Early Childhood Coordinator to support the daily operations of our programs. These include 4K Wrap-Around Care operated by the YMCA and offered at off-site partner school locations, as well as Preschool, Growth and Development, and Kids Corner (drop-in care). The Coordinator travels between program locations, assists with recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, and developing staff, and supports administrative and operational needs, including stepping into classrooms as needed, to ensure quality and consistency across all programs.
This is a full-time exempt career role within our Child Care department.
