The Arthur J. Glatfelter YMCA in York is looking for enthusiastic Swim Instructors to teach vital water safety and swimming skills. In this role, you'll lead group and private lessons in a positive, safety-centered environment that reflects the Y's mission and commitment to community.
We offer evening and Saturday morning shifts, making this a great opportunity for both experienced instructors and those newly certified. If you're passionate about swimming and enjoy helping others grow, this role allows you to make a meaningful, lasting impact-one splash at a time.
