You will be responsible for preparing consolidated financial statements, managing intercompany transactions, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities :
- Compile and consolidate financial data from various YNV Group entities into quarterly, annual, and consolidated reporting packages using Excel.
- Ensure the accurate elimination of intercompany transactions and balances within the consolidated financial statements.
- Handle currency translation and conversion for the financial results of our foreign subsidiaries.
- Draft clear and concise disclosure notes explaining significant accounting policies, risks, and other relevant financial information.
- Maintain the accuracy and completeness of IFRS consolidated financial statements for all YNV Group entities.
- Verify the accuracy and consistency of financial data to ensure it reflects the overall financial health of the entire group.
- Identify and address any discrepancies in the data.
- Continuously improve the efficiency of consolidation processes by identifying opportunities to streamline tasks and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate effectively with third-party service providers and internal team members who handle financial data for YNV Group entities.
- Participate in the review process when converting accounts to the consolidated financial statement format.
- Ensure all relevant financial information is correctly included in the consolidated reporting packages.
- Collaborate with auditors during the quarterly review process and the annual audit of the consolidated financial statements.
- Ensure adherence to all internal control procedures for financial reporting.
