Yoakum Community Hospital is in search of a dedicated and professional Occupational Therapist for a PRN position. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating patients' needs and developing individualized treatment plans based on their unique circumstances. You will provide therapeutic interventions to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals and improve their ability to perform daily living activities. Your expertise will be instrumental in educating patients, families, and caregivers on how to support their recovery.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic patient care. Continued professional development is encouraged, and you will have opportunities to enhance your skills through onsite and offsite training.

- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Texas state license or the ability to obtain licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
