- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone.
- Maintain a professional and inviting atmosphere within the studio.
- Sales and Promotion:
- Educate potential members and guests about our yoga classes, workshops, and wellness services.
- Promote memberships, class packages, and retail products to enhance the overall experience for members.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value of our offerings and converting inquiries into sales.
- Consultation and Goal Setting:
- Conduct wellness consultations with new and existing members to understand their needs and goals.
- Recommend appropriate yoga classes, workshops, and wellness services based on individual preferences and objectives.
- Assist members in setting realistic and achievable wellness goals.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Handle studio operations such as checking-in members, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing class reservations, and coordinating events or workshops.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the studio space at all times.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in health, fitness, or hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality roles preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
