🚨 Immediate Need:
- Weekend shifts
- Dementia-experienced caregivers
As a CNA/NAC or HCA, you will provide professional, compassionate care in clients’ homes, including:
- Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
- Safe transfers and mobility assistance (including Hoyer lifts when applicable)
- Dementia care and cognitive support
- Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition
- Taking and documenting vital signs
- Meal preparation, feeding, and hydration
- Light housekeeping and home safety checks
- Companionship and emotional support
- Following individualized care plans and completing required documentation
- Current CNA/NAC or HCA certification – REQUIRED
- Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience – REQUIRED
- Weekend availability – REQUIRED
- Reliable transportation – REQUIRED
- Ability to safely lift up to 25 lbs
- Dementia care – strongly preferred
- Hoyer lift transfers
- Home care, assisted living, or long-term care settings
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assist safely with transfers and mobility
- Ability to pass a background check and provide professional references
