We’re seeking a Senior Backend Developer to take a lead role in the development of a modern CRM application built entirely on a serverless architecture. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the technical direction of a growing product and collaborate with a small, globally distributed team.
What You’ll Do
- Lead backend development efforts for a serverless CRM application.
- Collaborate with outsourced developers and internal stakeholders to define and implement technical solutions.
- Guide architectural decisions and ensure best practices in code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Help identify and implement a new solution to replace AWS Pinpoint for marketing communications.
- Contribute to a small, agile team with high autonomy and ownership.
- Frontend: React
- Backend: Node.js (AWS Lambda)
- API Layer: AWS API Gateway
- Database: DynamoDB (NoSQL)
- Other Tools: AWS Pinpoint (being deprecated)
- Strong experience with Node.js and serverless development in AWS
- Proficiency with API Gateway, Lambda, and DynamoDB
- Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives
- Experience working with distributed teams
- Bonus: Familiarity with AWS Pinpoint or similar messaging/e
