Senior Pharmacy Operations Manager needed for a permanent opportunity with Yoh's client located in Fairfield, CA!

What You'll Be Doing:
- Responsible for making telephone calls to members and providers, as well as data entry
- Provides leadership, direction, and support to the Pharmacy Operations and Pharmacy Technicians. Monitors team performance and trends, evaluates performance, and provides developmental opportunities for the pharmacy technician staff.
- Mentors the Pharmacy Technicians and oversees the training and orientation of new staff on operation proficiency and professional growth and development.
- Interacts with pharmacies to identify and solve pharmacy satisfaction issues.
- Reviews departmental policies and procedures.
- Monitors team performance and trends to ensure adherence to policies and procedures to provide the highest level of customer service.
- Monitors the handling, coordination, and resolution of complaints/grievance issues.
- Leads project management activities as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Current California Pharmacy Technician License without restrictions required
- CA driver's license and proof of current automobile insurance required
- Four-year college degree; minimum two (2) years of experience coordinating and managing projects, preferably in health care, managed care, health insurance, or pharmacy environment.
- Excellent organization and project management skills with ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously, prioritize work, and complete tasks within established timelines.
- Knowledge of and experience with state and federal insurance programs, a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
