Energy Services Specialist
Temporary; Full Time – 40 hours/week
The Energy Services Specialist completes intake, ensures accuracy and determines eligibility for the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP); Supports the mission of the organization in supporting both the coordination and integration of services and programs.
Applicants must have a general knowledge of routine office procedures and equipment including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook; Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, team environment while paying close attention to detail; Ability to understand and clearly explain program requirements to applicants; Excellent math skills, customer service skills and enjoy serving others.
Must not have an active record on the System for Awards Management (SAM) website.
Starting Rate is $17.50 Hourly; Commensurate with experience.
