What You’ll Be Doing:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by following up with existing accounts and proactively reaching out to new prospects.
Generate leads and support business development through outbound calling and digital outreach.
Keep everything on track with detailed CRM updates, sales activity documentation, and customer records.
Provide behind-the-scenes support to the sales team — including quote preparation, scheduling, documentation, registration coordination, and delivery assistance.
Assist in creating compelling marketing materials, digital flyers, and online inventory posts.
Track and update inventory regularly; ensure all listings are accurate and up to date.
Support basic payroll and time entry processes for the department.
Collaborate with sales to prepare pricing and ensure it aligns with company standards.
Keep the sales pipeline moving by staying proactive, responsive, and organized.
Follow all internal policies, safety guidelines, and team procedures.

Work Details:
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Occasional local travel required (such as trade shows or events or customer support)
Some Saturday availability (up to 2x per month) may be needed for special events
Training You'll Receive:
CRM and sales platform training
Compliance and industry-specific documentation training
What You’ll Need:
Required:
Associate degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)
At least 2 years in a sales support or customer service role
Tech savvy with Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and social media platforms
Detail-oriented with basic accounting and administrative skills
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Bonus Points For:
Experience in automotive, equipment, or industrial sales environments
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)
Commercial driver’s license (Class B with passenger endorsement is a nice-to-have but not required)
