What You'll Do
- Lead new employee orientation; focusing on engagement, retention, effective training, and compliance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment files, records, and documentation.
- Maintain Learning Management System, assisting employees with online learning upon hire and annually thereafter.
- Serve as primary point of contact for all general Human Resource related requests.
What You Need
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Associates degree in related field is required.
- At least two years of experience in Human Resources is required.
- Additional years of experience in Human Resources may substitute for the required education, on a year-for-year basis.
- Certification through the HR Certificate Institute (HRCI) or through the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) is strongly preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
