Position Title: Radiology Technologist - Full Time (FT)
Department: Radiology/Ultrasound
Reports to: Director of Radiology/Ultrasound
Shift: Evening (16:00 - 02:00)
Nature of Work
York General is looking for an enthusiastic Radiology Technologist to join our Imaging team! If you're skilled and knowledgeable in radiological imaging, can operate automatic processing units, have good interpersonal skills, we'd love for you to apply!

What You'll Do
- Produce radiographs by positioning patients and selecting proper technique factors.
- Administer contrast media, utilizing Power Injector and selecting accurate parameters, under the supervision of a Radiologist or Physician.
- Assume full responsibility of assigned patients; providing education and collecting medical history.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality at all times.
What You Need
- Knowledge of and the ability to apply radiological technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Satisfactory completion of formal radiological training in an AMA approved school is required.
- AART (American Registry of Radiological Technology) Registration and Board Certified in the state of Nebraska is required.
- Current BLS certification is required.
