York Hospital Currently has an opportunity for a Clinical Exercise Physiologist for our Cardiac Rehab team.
As a Clinical Exercise Physiologist you will be responsible for delivering Phase II and III Cardiac Rehabilitation, CHF and Pulmonary Rehabilitation, education and exercise to patients and clients
of the Living Well Center. Services are provided on an outpatient basis; however, the Clinical Exercise Physiologist may also provide inpatient services when needed.
We require a Master's Degree or Doctorate in Exercise Physiology or Exercise Science. Strong background in Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, chronic disease, fitness.
