Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Lead Mover/Driver to join our dynamic team. Experience in the moving industry is a must. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Duties Include:
- Leading a team of movers to ensure efficient and safe moving operations.
- Packing and handling techniques.
- Using moving tools and supplies, including plastic wrap, blanket pads, straps, and dollies.
- Physically loading and unloading goods, materials, and equipment.
- Delivering a high level of customer service with the ability to address customer concerns/issues on-site.
- Applying sales techniques in the field.
- Being a team player and supporting your team.
- Taking pride in delivering great work.
Requirements:
- Previous moving experience is required.
- Must have a great attitude, be reliable, hardworking, and a team player.
- Physical stamina to lift/carry 80 pounds repeatedly.
- Mover/Drivers must
- Must be willing to submit a criminal background check
- Must be 21 years old or older, have a valid driver’s license (NO CDL required), and a clean driving record
