Youable Emotional Health is seeking a dedicated and organized bilingual Children's Mental Health Targeted Case Manager to coordinate mental health services for children and families in our Spanish speaking community.
Case managers are responsible for coordinating, arranging, and facilitating services for children with significant mental health symptoms that impact their daily lives and make a significant difference in the overall quality of family life. The goal is to improve the overall functioning of the family and reduce the need for and reliance upon out of home placements and other services that are more intensive, restrictive, and costly. A Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, or related area is required for this position.
Team members manage an average of 15 active clients per month and ensure the case management treatment plans and functional assessments are completed in accordance with organizational, DHS, insurance, and county guidelines. Case Managers directly impact the lives of children and their families through our successful mental health programs.
