Job Details
Summary:
Janitorial Team Members will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a clean and safe environment for employees, members and guests.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Fully detail floors of entire facility by mopping and handling backpack vacuum

Fully detail the locker rooms including the showers, restrooms, saunas and locker areas

Fully detail all gym equipment (may require tilting machines with a cleaning partner)

Clean high walls and air vents, empty trash, & maintain cleaning supplies inventory

Follow and adhere to the club inspection sheets
Requirements:

A “Whatever It Takes” attitude; going above and beyond to complete the job and ensure the cleanliness of the club

Physical effort required to lift supplies and gym equipment potentially in excess of 50 lbs

Follows all cleaning procedures and safety guidelines at all times

Must be at least 18 years old
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this role. While performing the duties of this role, the team member is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely an active role with some bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds) and stooping required.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a part-time or full-time position, dependent on the number of hours scheduled (non-exempt/hourly).
Travel:
This position requires minimal travel as needed.
