Job Description:
As an Director of Nursing at Young At Heart Home Care, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our clients. Your responsibilities will include supervising caregivers, conducting client assessments, and developing care plans that meet each client's unique needs. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments to determine care needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans for clients.
- Provide training, support, and guidance to caregivers.
- Conduct regular home visits to ensure compliance with care plans and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.

Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Florida.
