We are currently seeking a passionate and results-driven Powersports Sales Professional to join our team. As a Powersports Sales Professional you will play a vital role in helping customers find the perfect powersports vehicle to suit their needs and preferences. You will leverage your product knowledge and sales skills to provide an exceptional customer buying experience and drive revenue for the dealership. Responsibilities
- Assisting customers with power sports purchases from a variety of manufacturers
- Creating lifelong customers - through service - value and support
- Training on the latest strategies
- Providing the highest level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- You must be a POWERSPORTS ENTHUSIAST! Prior powersports sales experience is a huge plus but not absolutely required
- A familiarity with power sports including but not limited to Arctic Cat and Polaris
- A proven track record of solid work performance is mandatory
- A willingness to cold-call customers and to develop leads
- Our extensive Sales Training Program will help team members with limited experience to become successful and veteran salespeople to maximize their earning potential
- Valid driver’s license
- Good driving record
- Pass background and pre-employment drug screen
