Young Automotive Group in Burley is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our team. As a Title Clerk, you will play a key role in managing vehicle titles and ensuring that all paperwork is processed accurately and efficiently. If you're ready to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! This role will be over the title work for all three of our Burley locations.

Responsibilities

• • Work with other dealerships - DMV - and financial institutions
  • Performs title and vehicle audits on a regular basis
  • Fills in for other administrative positions as needed and directed by management
  • Assists in monthly closings
  • Prepares tax and title documents
  • Submits all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicle
  • Maintain multiple reports including Permit Logs - Titling Reports - Plating Reports – etc
  • Making Payoffs for trade-in vehicles
  • Stocking in New Vehicles and purchasing Used Vehicles

Qualifications

• • You must have a history of successful employment with excellent attendance and punctuality
  • A desire to learn and grow with a great company
  • A valid Driver’s License and good driving record
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
