We are seeking a professional individual to join our team in the A/P, A/R department. An ideal candidate has good attention to detail and will be comfortable multi-tasking between numerous clients. Experience using the Agilink accounting software is a plus. Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in A/P.
Responsibilities:
- Match invoices to purchase orders or contracts and enter the appropriate data into Agilink software.
- Research prior history data.
- Download invoices from the internet
- process invoices for payment including appropriate coding
- Input Cash Receipts for deposit
- File and sort documents and data
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
