Estimator - Commercial Cold-Call (Full Time/Part Time)

SALES - Cold Call /Business to Business/ Door to Door / Outside Sales Person for retail and commercial Window Cleaning Business.
Pay: Paid by estimate written plus unlimited commission on any sales.
The nation's largest window cleaning franchiser continues to grow. The local franchise is looking to hire an aggressive outgoing sales person to add to our growth.
If your idea of sales is a suit and air conditioned office please do not apply, we work outside! We want progressive clean cut people that have the ability to cold call retail stores and commercial properties and close the sale.
We will train the qualified candidate in our business so you will have all the tools. We are the best in our field! We want the people that work Smart and Hard.
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (Part time available as full days)
Must not be afraid to cold-call!
Must not be afraid to approach people
Must be able to work independently
Strong communication skills
Clean appearance
The ability to close!
Must have good organization and time management skills
Must have neat and legible hand writing
Must be able to use tablets and supplied applications
Must be 18 years old to drive company vehicles
Want to have nights and weekends off, done!
