- Teach basic skills of pitching to 6 to 8 year olds
- Communicate with parents regarding scheduling of practices and games
- Must be willing to dedicate time; usually about 2-3 hours a week for a 10 week period of 8 games and 2practices including; coach meetings
- Exhibit excellentcommunication skills by interacting with parents and children
