Job Description: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing/Design Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our marketing department by creating visually appealing designs that enhance our brand and engage our community.
Key Responsibilities:
-Create and update marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
-Design graphics for social media profiles and posts.
-Maintain and update the company’s website content with fresh and engaging designs.
-Assist in the production of content for email marketing campaigns.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional materials.
-Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel.
-Prepare design files for print and digital production.
-Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools.
-Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
-Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
-Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
-Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills.
-Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Ability to work well in a team environment.
-Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team and convey design ideas.

Pay: $20.87 - $25.13 per hour
