What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Scheduler position at Your Health Organization?
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Scheduler to service our providers and Visiting Nurses throughout the Grandstrand area in an office and clinic setting. This is a salary-based position, with the opportunity to receive a monthly bonus.
This is a full-time salaried position with the following shifts available:
- 8 - hour position (8:00 am - 5:00pm; Monday-Friday)
The Case Manager would be responsible for building Visiting Nurses and Providers schedules daily and weeks in advance. This individual would also be responsible (but not limited to) for managing referrals as needed, building a rapport with referral sources along with having strong communication and follow-through. This position would also be responsible for explaining our services via phone when needed and scheduling the initial patient's visit promptly depending on the acuity of the patient. Strong communication and follow-through between providers, medical assistants, referral sources and patients is a must. This position includes many other company benefits!

- Ability to Manage and Run Reports.
- Must have excellent customer service skills!
Requirements:
- Active CMA, LPN or RN license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
