Rebecca School is an independent, private therapeutic day school for children ages 3 to 21, promoting the education and development of children with neurodevelopmental delays of relating and communicating, including autism spectrum disorders. Rebecca school was founded in 2006 and utilizes the DIRFloortime® model (Developmental, Individual-difference, Relationship-based) developed by Stanley Greenspan, M.D.
What we offer :
- Compensation : $40,000 - $45,000 salary based on education level (minimum of a bachelor's degree) and experience.
- Consistent Pay : Bi-weekly pay schedule.
- Professional Development : In-house, as well as access to ongoing professional development and Continuing Education Units (CEUs) with generous conference stipend.
- Paid Time Off (PTO) : Generous PTO and paid holidays that align with school calendar.
- Schedule : Monday-Friday Monday, Thursday and Friday 8 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM Tuesday and Wednesday 8 : 00 AM- 4 : 30 PM.
