Youth & Family Counseling (YFC) has been providing therapy in the Libertyville are for over 60 years. YFC is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join us working with a dynamic team of 3-5 clinicians committed to our mission:
Responsibilities:
The Clinical Supervisor handles the performance and talent development of their team members, provides clinical supervision for provisionally licensed and new YFC therapists, and facilitates weekly consult groups. Supervisors carry a reduced caseload of clients to be available to manage clinical crises and provide clinical back-up, as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Independent licensure in counseling or related field (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, etc.)
- 5 years of experience post-licensure
- Experience delivering clinical supervision
- Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!
- Some evenings included

Locations: Lake Zurich/Libertyville/Gurnee - Northwest Suburbs of Lake County
