As a Case Manager at our Supported Apartments Program, you will support youth with learning basic life skills, while completing case management with youth like helping them apply for assistance, obtaining identification and scheduling medical appointments.

This Position:

We are interested in a Case Manager with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related field OR High School Diploma/equivalent and four (4) years' experience in human services OR a combination of the above.

We're looking for someone with experience working with at-risk youth and group facilitation.

Ability to be CPR certified and obtain Class E Driver's License are required.

This is an hourly position, starting at $19/hour. Schedule for this role is: Off-Sunday/Monday; Tuesday-7:30am-4:30pm, Wednesday-3pm-11pm, Thursday-3pm-11pm, Friday 3pm-11pm, Saturday 9am-4pm.
