Overview of Duties & Responsibilities (this is a brief outline of the duties but not limited to)
- The Clinical Assistant provides support to the clinical staff of the residential program, youth served by the program and their families.
- Provide ongoing support to the Clinical Department, youth, and their families.
Key competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or equivalent
- 1-year experience (preferred)
- 1 year working with at-risk youth and their families (preferred)

- Be empathic, has patience, and treat others with respect
- Professional, friendly, dependable, punctual, able to work with others

- Have the desire to work with at-risk youth without passing judgment
- Pass a criminal history background check
- Pass drug screening
- Pass physical
- Negative TB test
