Your Day-to-day Mission
System Engagement & Recognition
The P&C System Engagement & Capability Leader plays a key role in fostering connection, recognition, and capability
across the KFC System. This role champions system-wide engagement through signature programs such as Best of the
Best and Champions Club, ensuring our top-performing franchise and equity leaders and teams feel valued, inspired,
and connected to KFC’s culture and purpose.
Your Day-to-day Mission
System Engagement & Recognition
- Lead planning and execution of Best of the Best and Champions Club experiences.
- Maintain ongoing connection and engagement with recognized franchisees, leveraging communications, virtual experiences, and field touchpoints.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate recognition into system programs and culture moments.
- Track and measure participation, feedback, and impact of engagement initiatives. Franchise Capability & Connection
- Partner with Franchise Operations and P&C to identify and share “best of the best” people and operational practices.
- Serve as the point of contact for the smallest 100 franchise organizations, ensuring they are connected to system resources, training, and communication.
- Facilitate capability sessions, webinars, and community-building forums that elevate leadership and people excellence.
- Gather insights from the field to inform continuous improvement of recognition and engagement programs. Program Partnership & Delivery
- Collaborate with P&C COEs and internal stakeholders to align recognition and engagement programs with system priorities.
- Manage timelines, logistics, and communications for recognition-related events and activations.
- Provide input and feedback on tools and communications that enhance the franchisee experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
- HR or Training certification (PHR, SHRM, ATD) a plus.
- 3–5 years of HR, training, or people operations experience (restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry preferred).
- Experience supporting franchise or multi-unit environments strongly desired.
- Proven success in coaching, facilitation, and people development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to build trust and influence across diverse teams.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
- Proactive, collaborative, and passionate about delivering great people experiences.
- Demonstrates leadership through recognition and living the KFC culture.
