Position Title: District Sales Rep
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Business Development the primary role of the DSR is to prospect new business and builds upon our current business and drive revenue growth within assigned sales territory by maximizing direct store delivery Strategy.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Calls on independent, chain, foodservice and other potential customers within assigned sales territory.
- Able to develop a daily plan and execute a marketing strategy for designated territory through prospecting, cold calling, networking and referrals and building relationships with decision makers and closing good, qualified accounts.

Physical Requirements:
- Physical demands with activity or condition existing a considerable amount of time include sitting, standing, bending, lifting.
- Must be able to lift to 25 to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma / GED equivalent.
- Cold calling selling experience.
- Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License (Class C) with a minimum of 5 years driving experience, clean driving record with no moving violations over the past 3 years.
- No major driving convictions including DUI/DWI, reckless driving or at-fault fatal accident.
- Must have a dependable vehicle with valid vehicle insurance.
- Must have basic computer skills including ability to use computer ordering equipment.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and to safety regulations.
- No tattoos (face, neck, hand) or body piercing visible while wearing a company uniform.
