At Yummy Thai Restaurant and Bar, we’re passionate about serving authentic Lao and Thai cuisine with a vibrant, modern twist. With an exciting new bar experience launching soon, we’re bringing fresh, innovative vibes to the Chattanooga culinary scene. We’re all about community, flavor, hospitality — and creating a place where guests feel like family. THIS POSITION IS FULL TIME. 2 days off is given.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking an experienced, dynamic team member who is passionate about food, people, and service. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong understanding of Lao and Thai dishes, and is excited to grow with us as we bring new energy and creativity to the city.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service with warmth, knowledge, and professionalism
- Manage orders and transactions efficiently using Clover POS
- Understand and describe our menu, including Lao and Thai specialties
- Multitask smoothly between front-of-house duties and bar support
- Uphold cleanliness, organization, and high service standards
- Contribute fresh ideas and positive energy to help us build something exciting for Chattanooga!
- Packing to-go orders
- Bussing tables
- Running food
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years in a busy restaurant or bar setting (Thai/Lao cuisine knowledge is a huge plus!)
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Friendly, professional attitude with a genuine love for hospitality
- Experience with Clover POS is a plus (training available if needed)
- Interest in helping us create a fun, welcoming, and innovative atmosphere
- Must be available for morning,evening and weekend shifts
