Diversity Coordinator

People Engagement Specialist
This is a contract position. This is a remote opportunity working PT/MT hours but high preference to hybrid in Lehi, Utah.

About This Position

Passionate about driving Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and supporting Talent Development. As a People Engagement Specialist, you’ll be an integral part of global DEI and TD teams, supporting key initiatives that create a more inclusive and engaged workplace culture. Work closely with team members to meet organizational goals while delivering impactful learning and development solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global teams to support DEI and TD strategies that foster an inclusive culture aligned with company goals.
• Create and implement Learning & Development and DEI training programs that enhance employee engagement and leadership development.
• Assist in delivering training sessions, group facilitation, and employee engagement activities that reflect inclusive leadership principles.
• Manage and track progress of key initiatives, ensuring alignment with OKRs and companywide engagement initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, leadership, and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of DEI and TD strategies.

Skills/Requirements

• Proven experience in DEI and/or TD principles, including designing and implementing training programs and leadership development initiatives.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and delivering training programs through these platforms.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and project milestones.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Skilled at planning, executing, and overseeing projects, with the ability to set clear objectives and milestones.
• Ability to adjust strategies and training content to meet evolving organizational needs.
• High level of emotional intelligence and inclusive leadership capabilities, such as cultural intelligence and respectful curiosity.

Pay Range: $35-$40/hr
