YWCA Lancaster is looking for a FT Director of Operations. The Director of Operations is a member of the senior leadership team and responsible for the overall use of the building. This includes the residential program; the facilities supervision and the ongoing rehabilitation and best use of our largest asset. As a senior leader, a commitment to the mission of YWCA Lancaster is required. This position reports to the CEO.
We are seeking an individual with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, experience in residential shelter settings required and, extensive and a diversified background with at least 10 years of related experience with social services; historic buildings; customer service; other.
