Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with membership questions and sign up's.
- Front desk operations, including answering phones and responding to inquiries.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized records and files related to membership services.
- Provide information about programs and services to parents and guardians.
- Support staff with administrative tasks as needed to enhance operational efficiency.
- Handle money and provide receipts for payments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with data entry processes is preferred.
