What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Specialist position at Z Gallerie?
Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for SEM, SNS, and SEO to increase website traffic, brand exposure, and user conversion rates.
2.Create, manage, and optimize search engine advertisements (such as Google Ads and Bing Ads) to maximize the effectiveness, click through rate, and return on investment of advertising campaigns.
3.Perform SEO optimization for the website, including keyword research, onpage optimization, technical SEO and link building to improve organic search rankings.
4.Develop and execute social media marketing strategies, including content creation, ad placement, and community management, to enhance the brand’s social media influence.
5.Use analytical tools (such as Google Analytics and social media analytics tools) to track and assess the effectiveness of SEM, SNS, and SEO, generate reports, and provide improvement recommendations.
6.Conduct market and competitor analysis to adjust marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
Qualifications:
1.Over 3 years of experience in SEM, SNS, and SEO, with a proven ability to successfully implement comprehensive marketing strategies in an independent site environment.
2.Proficiency in operating and optimizing advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, with the ability to effectively manage and optimize PPC advertising campaigns.
3.Extensive experience in social media marketing, with the ability to develop and execute social media strategies, manage social media accounts, and enhance the brand's online influence.
4.Ability to perform data analysis using Google Analytics, social media analytics tools, etc., and provide optimization recommendations to improve marketing strategies.
5.Excellent communication skills, capable of effective interaction and collaboration with team members, external partners, and clients.
