Senior Product Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Lead Innovative Projects: Utilize our product development process to transition products from feasibility studies, through development stages, to successful market launches. Enhance Product Quality and Profitability: Execute quality improvement and cost reduction projects, employing your problem-solving expertise to enhance customer satisfaction and boost our bottom line. Define Engineering Standards: Conduct detailed engineering analysis and field research to establish precise design specifications for new products. Develop and Implement Test Plans: Create comprehensive test strategies for evaluating competitive products, qualifying new proposals, and driving continuous product improvements. Mentor and Collaborate: Provide guidance to budding engineers and collaborate with seasoned experts, enriching your professional journey within our dynamic team. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with at least three years of related experience. Expertise in Product Lifecycle Management: Strong grasp of new product development and introduction processes. Broad Engineering Knowledge: Well-versed in a wide range of engineering principles and familiar with key business concepts. Exceptional Analytical and Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects, facilitate innovative solutions, and meet deadlines. In addition to salary, you’re eligible for competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Klein Tools Inc. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and location. In addition, Klein Tools offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and company performance.
