Full Job Description
Zamora’s Auto Body is looking for an experienced Receptionist / Customer Service Rep for our location in Frederick, Maryland. We are a high-volume collision center looking for a front desk/ customer service rep. who will be available to do multiple floating positions which include, but are not limited to greeting, welcoming, and directing customers appropriately.

The right fit individual will:

• Answer multiple phone calls.
• Handle stressful situations.
• Be punctual and reliable daily (weekdays)
• Have an upbeat and professional personalities.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Enjoy working with customers and helping with their needs as appropriate.
• Be proficient in communicating with customers by email, text, phone, and in-person.
• Be able to multitask between customers, coworkers, and insurance partners.
• Be able to update the company management system with notes on customer and/or insurance partner interactions.

Job Duties:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries.
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
• Assist appraisers with various administrative tasks related to customer service and insurance compliance.
• Other duties as requested.
