We are looking for a motivated Company Trainer to develop and deliver high-impact training programs. You will bridge the gap between technical complexity and employee skill-building, working closely with managers to align learning with business goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
The Ideal Candidate:

- Highly organized and able to coach employees across all levels
Core Responsibilities
- Onboarding: Lead orientation for new hires, covering industry basics, company policies, and role-specific procedures
- Performance Coaching: Partner with managers to identify performance gaps and implement targeted coaching or training interventions
- Content Development: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to transform complex technical workflows into user-friendly learning materials
- Curriculum Management: Maintain and update the training library and tracking system to monitor employee progress
- Ongoing Education: Coordinate compliance seminars and "Lunch & Learns" regarding new product releases, industry trends, and best practices
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly audit training materials based on employee feedback or operational incidents to ensure content remains relevant
Skills & Qualifications
- Training Excellence: Proven experience coaching employees and facilitating engaging discussions for diverse audiences
- Instructional Design: Skill in building structured training paths and on-the-job learning materials
- Technical Agility: Ability to quickly master new software, operational workflows, and technical concepts
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Tech Literacy: Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs/Gmail), Microsoft Office 365, and modern virtual meeting platforms

Schedule & Compensation
Full-Time or Part-Time options available, schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (In-office).
Pay Range: $25–$30/hour (Negotiable based on experience).
